Lower control arms

ok i need some help i can't get out the bolt that connects the lca to the subframe and also how do i get the strut rod out of the lca....need help bad!...car is pieces and my patientice is all used up....alsoo were can i get the bolts and nuts that need to be replace at?...thanks

Since I've owned my car, I've fixed 2 CV Joint boots (different occasions,) muffler, CPS and timing, and a lower control arm.

I'm AMAZED at what a BFH :D will do for a car.. thumb

I've needed one for every single job listed above..
