I found one by the ABS sensor. I can't see any two wire rectangular plug by the cam sensor.

edit: Is the jumper black? If so it may be under the intake near the injectors...

edit again: It looks like I have a grey connector with a black jumper under the intake, and a black connector with a grey jumper by the ABS computer. I'll have to take my intake off to investigate further.

I put my meter on continuity and put one probe in 36 and one in pin 5 on the DIS harness and I have no continuity. Is this indicative of the problem?

My spout connector is way down on the passenger side of the car behind the intake and unless you are looking for it, you will never see it accidently. On mine, I tied a string on it so I can fish it out when I need to look at it.
When you fish it up to the top, you will just barely be able to reach it with your hands and if you use pliers, you will be able to pull the thing out (mine are grey).
People take them out to do the e-test (sets timing at 10 Deg). There is a tab on one side so there is a right and wrong way to re-insert them.

yes, you can splice them together, but it would be better to get the connector and jumper - that way you could pull it if you ever need to / want to.

I put on a wire nut and taped it. Come Saturday I'm going to hit up the junkyard and see if I can obtain a proper connector. I'll replace it once I pull the intake to put my AC lines back on.

This is sad. Ever since I put this car together 30K miles ago it has been running without a SPOUT signal. It pulls nicely now though :woo-hoo:

Thanks everyone for your help!
