Here's mine. I don't especially care for the set-up, but I'll take care of it eventually. I think I paid about $60 to have the adaptor made. It was made by a shop here in San Diego. They dealt mostly with older Zs and race cars, but all they had to do was drill holes into an existing adaptor and carve out the middle to allow more air through. So with the $40 filter and $90 MAF the whole thing was under $200. Just don't forget that you will need to reprogram your LPM to use it. I'll get you a better picture later.

I have adapters, that I had CNC machined. They have a built in O-ring gasket, so there is no need to fabercate your own. PM me if your interested.

I would go with what NWGRN94MTX is selling. Mine isn't terribly smooth inside, so airflow could probably be better.

Here is mine. The flanged end was machined down to fit into the stock air box.
