You program the car to marry it with the fob, so yes, they can be used on another car. It depends on model year and whether you have intelligent access or not how you do the programming, be it a particular sequence in the car, Forscan, or the dealer, but I’m thinking you’re just asking because you want to sell the fobs, correct? In that case, the programming doesn’t matter to you anyway.

A key by itself from a dealer is over 300 if I remember correctly, so you might want to aim a little higher or split them up. 50 for one key and the 3 bar is still a killer price.

I got a key for my 2015 for $80 from Ebay. That's the going rate.

Only had one, so I had to have the dealer program it. They programmed it and cut it for $75.
