You guys are going to laugh at me and that's ok. I've owned my car for almost a year and just found that my seats massage your back and ****!!!! WOW I feel stupid the sales guys didn't tell me and I never noticed it until today. What a difference it makes on longer drives with the PP ride can be rough I'm still in shock that my seats do that...Now I can never get rid of the SHO stopper! If you think you dont have it I would re check there is a skinny switch that clicks forward and back right in front of the lumbar button. HAPPY MAN!

I'm not going to laugh because I'm in the exact same boat!!! My wife and I were taking a road trip to her family (about a 4 hour trip) and she was messing with her seat and a few seconds later she said she thinks the seat is massaging her! Then I recalled hearing something about these seats that massage and I felt stupid (I was well into having the car over a year also!) AND....I wasn't sure about the driver's seat and then found the button - I likey!!

Novelty will wear off... they are a little weak in my opinion. However, 18 months later and I still turn on the back massage every time I start the car up!

That just means you haven't read the owner's manual or the option sticker that came on your car. That's okay. Not everybody needs to understand how their car functions before driving it.

If you need to read the owner's manual before driving a car, PLEASE let me know when you're on the streets so I can stay clear!! Massage seats were not the reason I bought the car in the 1st place.

Not knowing what options are on your car means you're ignorant of how your car functions, which seems pretty bad to me. I like to maximize my experience by knowing what I've got and how to use it. But to each their own.

Not knowing the car has massage seats means your ignorant? I bought the car bc it's 2 cars in one. I need a family sedan with space and I wanted something with power and affordable modding options. My commute is very short and only once a year take a road trip. Massage seats are the VERY LAST thing I could give a crap about! Everything else about the car that really matters I know about! Do you know how many pounds of torque is required on the rear camber bolts? Do you know how many times and at what speed the computer checks the throttle and steering position? Oh my god you're ignorant!

I am just as ignorant as you OmaHahn :slap:, I bought mine used back in May of this year. It took me about a month to realize it massages my buns & back. Not very strong but eh I like the extra icing on the cake :boink:. I regret telling my family & friends about it because now everytime they jump in they want to get a massage. I'm thinking about charging them 5 buck to use it each time haha

Seems a lil harsh there..... :nono:

Maybe I'll start up a GoFundMe account so we can all chip in and have a ***** modified into Orguss' massaging seats.

This way, whenever he powers 'em up, he can get a lil extra relief from his onery position once that mod moves into an upright/inserted position. :boink:

Depending on how much y'all throw into the account, we might even be able to apply the heated function to it as well.

You know, simply in the interest of "maximing his experience".

Bwahahahahaha :poke:

Hey, that's all part of owning a SHO, finding things you think the car didn't have and does. I haven't had an owners manual for any of my SHO's until I got my 98 , '12 and now a '13. I haven't read them, don't plan to. Does that make me ignorant? I guess in your eyes I am. I'm sure the SHO Club president never read his either and I dare you to call him ignorant.

Just ran mine and did not see it.
Hmmm. So luck of the draw? It seems pretty hit or miss whether it’s equipped on different years or packages. Only way to find out for sure is to contact the seller or check in person?

When I was looking for mine some dealers knew some didn't. If they didn't most had picks of the seat controlled and I just looked for the switch. I believe they stopped offering them in the Taurus at some point.

They were still offered in ‘16, yeah?
