Intermittent CE light...code 172

I pulled the codes on my 94 ATX after having my CE light coming off and on intermittently for about 3 weeks, I did the KOEO, and the KOER, as well as the cylinder balance test. The only thing I have showing up is a 172 code. I bought the car about 2 months ago and do not know a lot about the maintenance history of the car. It has 147k on it. I'm guessing it's a bad o2 sensor, but are there any other things I should check out?

I'd just replace both O2's.
