IN Christmas g2g

Since the Frankenmuth g2g is a bit too far of a drive for most of us. Would anyone be up for a g2g in maybe Ft. Wayne for Christmas?

In other words, the GL region is pretty large and it may be impractical for some people to travel longer distances. I actually invited him to setup a second meet since there was more than a passing interest in holding the meet further south

I'd like to come to the one further up. But just don't think it's gonna happen. Thats a **** of a long drive for me. It was 4 1/2 hours to lansing for me not too long ago, And add another hour and half to go to Frankenmuth. Its a bit much. I'd love to come, but with christmas coming up just don't see it happening. Plus would have probs getting the day off.


And IN guys, if anyone is interested in a g2g but doesn't like the idea of Ft Wayne and has a good suggestion, Just speak up.

If nothing pans out and you can squeeze the time off, you can have the futon at my place. I'm about 1.5 hours from the IN border @ I-69. Frankenmuth is still a good hour and a half from me, but if it'll help you make the meet my house is your house

I was waiting to see if anyone wanted to do anything before I started posting a date or anything. When would be good for you guys? Fort Wayne would be cool with me, not too long of a drive. Maybe dinner and a Komet's hockey game?

Well first off i want to say HI! To every body.. :wave: Haven't been on here for months I would say. The date and where at would matter for me. O and the weather. I'm not driving the silver bullet in the snow.. And i will proabbly be putting her in storage for the winter if it gets cold and stays cold this following week. This month we have been spoiled with warmer then normal weather. God knows I have been enjoying it and driving the car while i can.

let me look at a calendar and see what days are what. Are there any days that would not work for anyone? And SHOguy93, don't worry about driving something else. I'll be driving whatever is up for the drive, both cars have been having some issues lately.

I am new to the forum and would love to go to a meet. I live in the ft wayne area also. i am about 15 min south of the big fort in Ossian. John I dont know you but have seen your car at chucks shop and it is a sweet ride!
