I Need Advice......too

I have an 1990 SHO with 3.0 . Got an 1993 3.2 looking to put in. will i come into some problemes putting it in?

1) will the trans bolt up?
2) will the exhaust bolt up?
3) will my new water pump from the 3.0 fit?

I know some parts will not fit but not all.
