i dont know where to get this seal

where do i get the seal that is on the timing cover backing plate behing the timing gear in front of the cam oil seal on the rear cam. i think that it is just a dust seal but can i be fine without it or where do i get it?

Yes, it is a dust shield. I think I have a bunch of them. PM me if you want a couple.

so if that seal is toast then can i just run with out it or should i put a new one on?

The car will run fine without that seal. But if you want your car to be completely like original, you should use it.
