How tight should rear Moog TPR endlinks be?

sunny San Juan Bautista,
Given that the Moog TPR bushings aren't nearly as compliant as the stock rubber/poly rear endlinks(or whatever material the top endlink bushings in the rear are) it seems pretty obvious to me that the stock torque spec of 5-7 ft-lbs isn't enough. That spec left a pretty sizeable gap between the endlink bushings and sway bar...not to mention the endlink to strut. Plus a test drive at night like that (I was tired! :p ) showed me that there was a good amount of clunking back there.

What torque spec should I tighten those to/not exceed? Or should I just tighten them visually? Right now I have them tightened between 10-11 ft-lbs (one side seems to compress more with a given torque than the other. Hmmmmmmmm. Had the sway bar bushing brackets lowered down to let the bar swing back and forth too.) And there's still a bit of a gap between the rear of the bottom bushing and the bar. Should I just ignore torque and tighten those things down until the bushings are compressed flat into the sway bar? Don't want to strip my new endlink bolts!
