Did y'all see this? $25K for a '95 MTX with 109,000 miles. Sure it's low mileage, but wowza...

Did our cars have a tremendous run up in price suddenly and I missed it? Are cloth interiors, no sunroof, and broken power antenna, no maintenance records big value adders? Or is this guy counting on P.T. Barnum's adage about a sucker born every minute?

I think it's not likely to sell at that price, but Gen2 50/50 seats are more desirable to me than the full leather and I would much rather prefer a non moonroof car.

My Moonlight Blue 95 doesn't have a moonroof and it has 50/50 gray interior and it's exactly how I want it.

I hope it sells for top dollar. I want to see these cars getting classic car prices.

haha I just saw that too......hey, my 95' moonlight MTX has no moonroof and 50/50 gray interior, only has 87k miles and has $6k in recent maintenance records (past 6 months).....I would be over the moon to get 10k for it and even that is not realistic.

I had to change insurance companies to get to 7,500 agreed value for my '95 after State Farm wanted to total it for a $2,200 repair when a high & drunk meth head rear ended me in 2018. And mine has every option except ATX (as far as I can tell), was once owned by a certain cable channel car guy with a crazy mustache, and has 15K fewer miles than this guy's offering.

He had a 90 and 95 at one point. Don't know about any others. He sold his 90 on ebay back in 2015. It was really clean.

I bought his '95, also on eBay, in April 2016. Flew to Indiana, he met me at the airport, Got a tour of his studio set and some of his collection, and then I drove it home. Nice enough guy. He used to be a development chemist at Eli Lilly, took a restructuring buyout/voluntary layoff from them and used the free time and Eli Lilly buyout money to start his show. So then we talked about drug companies, layoffs, 2nd careers. I took a voluntary retirement package from another drug company in 2015 and never looked back.

If your car is in great condition, and has documentation, and under 100k miles, $10k is not unreasonable.
