I got a little ambitious today after looking in disgust everytime I seen my side markers. I think they turned out pretty good & it is very very easy to do. Great alternative since the clear is not an option YET. Also I redid my calipers in black & also revamped my CAI to meet Scotts' specifications

I am a pro at installing those things now. Anyways I just wanted to share this inexpensive way to spruce up our hideous side markers.

Adam, why did you paint it black and not the color of the car, red?
I think if you painted it red the clear corners would "blend" in w/ the rest of the car.
Great idea though

Because it looks VERY! close to my corners i'm pretty sure he used vinyl instead of spraypaint. Which is easier for me when it chips or something and i have to change it.

Tommy I would have painted them red but unfortunately matching my color is impossible. I thought black was the next best choice but red would have been my number 1 color to go with had it been an option.
