Nice rims pheonix! White does look somewhat importesque..... if thats a word? Kind of like the integra type R. If i can give you some advice to shogun88, i noticed you are from canada, Check your local paint mixing stores. If they are like the one i went to they should already have pre-made professional clearcoat in a spraycan. its like $20 a can but your rims will look shiny and it should dry hard. if you live in the GTA area look for the paint company Dura Chemical.

We stay away from clear in spray because the tend to yellow alot , specially the duplicolors ones. You dont see it on colors , but on white it's extremely visible , your white becomes beige...

And no i'm in the Montreal area actually. We took the paint at a Sherwin-williams store , if that rings any bells to you.

just to clarify what i said. the clearcoat is not the cheap duplicolor brand. i tryied that stuff and it is garbage! the stuff i used is made by a company called Dura Chemicals. they specialize in making and mixing professional custom paint for paint shops. they take their own clear coat and bottle it in an arisole can. I too stay away from duplicolour and other garbage. this stuff dries in 15 minutes and is hard as a rock.

Im digging the white. It looks so clean in those pics SHOitoff. I had gunmetal on my green car but the slicers I have run on everything else I just kept silver. Some colors dont look good in pictures with the gunmetal. I think the white on white is very classy here. Especially when done that carefully. Good Job :thumb:

I'd go with white, but the problem with that is brake dust. :nut: So I just keep mine black. Allthough, I may end up going back to the stock color and putting a nice clearcoat on them.

Paint each wheel a color you have in mind. Mount them to the car and see which looks best. lol

I like Gunmetal best then Flat or Matt Black.

I'd go with white. Just make sure you don't let too much brake dust build up. Then it'll look bad and get caked on there. But yeah, white slicers on a white SHO look great...
