Help! Stuck in tiny canadian town

I started out in virginia beach headed for Alaska i made it all the way across the US fine and up through canada almost, Im stuck in Whitehorse YT and i gotta get outa here! I have a 94 atx and when you accelerate lightly the right front wheel clunks, you can accelerate through it and it wont do it when your coasting theres also a skweak that devoloped that will go away when you turn, and it wont do anything in reverse. also right before i left i had this shop put on all new brakes, do you think somthing could have come loose? or my CV shafts going? I tried taking my wheel off and snapped my extension right off. Oh i also shook the tire and its still solid..

I had something like this happen with my other sho, but it ended up being a wheel bearing. when i would turn and take weight and "pressure" off that tire/side, it wouldnt make the noise. but yours doesnt do it when its in reverse or coasting good luck man, you might want to make a post in the "EMERGENCY" part of the forum too!
