Help a poor college student out...puhlease

Ok, during my recent 'bout with the SHO gods (which, btw, I am losing). My serepentine belt tensioner went out (one near the power steering pump). Anyway the relatively simple device fetches $280 from Ford and $180 from FPN. I've e-mailed/called Al (www.alfitz.com) but haven't heard back in 2 days. Anyway, I'm trying to get this part before Wednesday (new years). Does anyone know of anywhere I might be able to find one? I've searched to forums a few times and can find no mention of one (weird). Please, any help would be appreciated.

What is the problem with it? Did it fall off or the pulley break or the bearing is shot? It's difficult to get these used unless the entire engine is toast.
