Hello I'm TheCrimsonTurdis haha im glad i could get the name

We were a Family from Woodstock, Georgia USA. We just got a 92 Red Crimson SHO MTX from a Friend's Dad. It was in the Garage for a few years it was a little bit to much car for the family.

The story we going was...

Our friends father saw a few kids fooling around with the car and it had a for sale sign in the window why they were burning tires in it... ;). So he looked at the car and saw it was a Manual so he decided to get the car.

Now my Father's friend has a 1st get SHO and when we told him about the car he IMMEDIATELY said to buy the car. He is recovering from Cancer and a Heart Valve Replacement so he wanted something he could ride around the Mountains of North GA, Tenn and North Carolina in. We just got it back from the shop did a ton of work to it but there are still a few things making sounds in the suspension. I think its the Subframe and the Rear H-Beam. We might upgrade the Subframe.... hmmmmmm

Hope to learn more about the Motor and Car so we can have some fun in. We have other toys but we have always loved these cars. Thanks Dennis Gage all your fault. :bowrofl:

Welcome to SHOforum, congrats on the buy! Best of luck with the car, and to your dad for making a speedy & full recovery. Post pics of the SHO, no matter the condition!

Welcome in! I hope you were referring to the Tail of the Dragon when you were mentioning the mountains of North Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. I love taking my SHO there. There are a few other SHO folks in your area. Make sure to join The South East SHO Club on Facebook so you can get some local knowledge and help. Look forward to meeting you in person one day at a meet.
