So, I bought a 94 SHO, redid the entire front and rear suspension, the entire top end and and still doing little tweaks here and there. A Labor of Love indeed. She's my daily driver and occasional "gotta go" rig for jaunts where I need her. I'm trying to replace the STOCK cassette and CD deck with a nice Alpine, JVC, Sony.... whatever. I need it to work with my stock power antenna and I'm keeping the amp and speakers. Anyone have a suggestion and a source for something to fill the space under/over/around the 5 DIN or so space that stock monster takes up? It all works and well, but I'd like to use my iPhone 3000 (it'll get there eventually) music or shuffle or whatever instead of air or a CD. Any ideas? Also, I have two glass packs for mufflers. Apparently the previous owner (aside from half assing a head gasket fix) liked the sound of ricers on meth. Anyways, Decent exhaust mods? When I did the head gasket replacement, I did a high performance valve job and it's already got a VERY free flowing intake (Spectre? Really) so any suggestions?
