Headlight aiming - need some help

Now that I installed my HID projectors, all I need to do is aim the properly.

I know that the outermost hex/TORX adjuster is supposed to aim the assembly up/down. Does anyone know which way to turn to go which direction? Looking down on the bolt, turning clockwise does what? UP or DOWN? I can't seem to get them to do ANYTHING.

When I disassembled the TYR housing to modify it, I may not have put them back together properly to engage the adjustors. It would SUCK if I had to take them apart again.

OK. So I figured out my problem. When I disassembled the TYC headlamp assys I pulled out the screw adjustment from its plastic receptical. It was simply spinning in place. So I took the headlamp assys apart AGAIN, and let me tell you, it was an ordeal to press fit them back in! Note to self: Next time you disassemble the headlamps, TAKE THE TIME TO UNSCREW THE ADJUSTERS ALL THE WAY OFF THE END INSTEAD OF BEING IMPATIENT AND PULLING THE THREAD OUT OF THE SOCKET!!!
