Head gasket question

So I was searching valve gaskets and stumbled across this company supposedly selling head gaskets as well.

I believe this item is difficult to find new and their site indicates the same. I'm wondering if anyone knows these guys or has purchased these from them before? From the description it doesn't sound like it's an OEM Ford part but aftermarket one meeting specs, although I may be wrong on that. I did some searching here for the business but the queries didn't return any results.

I don't think those gaskets are Multi-Layer. Might pose a scrubbing problem in the long run.
