Grinding Engine & Vibration

HI,
I have what sounds like a grinding noise in engine top, sounds like it coming from water pump area. Like little metal pieces are flowing thru injection area or top of engine. Can hear all around engine, but main is by water pump. And car vibrates or shakes. Can't see it, but can when sitting in car or looking under hood at engine. Before this started, car would be running and you wouldn't know it!

get a stethescope and listen to all your acc. probably the water pump or p/s pump but could be worse.
