Grey Leather - piece large enough to repair a seat bolster

My seats have relatively minor separation on the seat bolster/fabric - looking of for a piece of grey leather from a parts car good enough to use to repair/replace the leather in the bolster.

I know this is late, however, I have a 93 SHO w/ Mocha interior with the same issue. Your best bet is to locate a Auto upholstery that has been in business for a long time.
These guys tend to hang on to material that is still useful but will not throughout anything. I needed my bolster repair/recovered and this guy just happen to have a piece
leather tucked in the back corner, it was a perfect match, reasonable and great quality workmanship.
