LOL

We'll probably need more parking in back than we will in front...

Mandy- are you bringing the whole clan? Just trying to plan numbers...
Alex- are you bringing 'lyps?

Hehe, I don't think my SHO could stand constant high RPMs. And my mom probably wouldn't want me to do it. I'll see whats going on next week for me and see if I can go. I just drove to Detroit and back on Sunday so my mom probably will let me drive an hour or so by myself.

If nothing else, I gotta come through that way on my way up there, I can pick ya up if you don't mind riding in my death trap.

Actually, I'm not sure if I'll be bringing mine or the 98....I guess i'll figure that out saturday.

I will be down in the Three Rivers area on Saturday making progress on my 91. If I'm satisfied with what I've accomplished by 2 o'clock-ish, I may leave to meet you all at Uccello's. I may be driving the Chrysler mini-van (the parts hauler), because I don't think I can fit everything in the 94....

So, I guess that means I'm a tentative (I know, I know, that's the worst for planning..... sorry)...

Would you guys ever be interested in meeting up at Springport Motor Speedway some Saturday Night ?? The track promotor would let you guys take a parade lap if at least 10 cars showed up.. as a "club meet" I could get you discounted tickets to the race.. and we'd have the CircleTrackSHO on the track for the race !

As an FYI.. Springport is just outside of Battle Creek.. between Battle Creek and Lansing. Little over an hour from GR, K-Zoo, Ann Arbor.. only 25 minutes or so from Lansing, Jackson, Marshall.

This also sounds sweet for a meet. Do you run pretty much every weekend? The problem would be getting 10 SHOs out there....... I can supply 3 or 4, I would just need drivers

TBo- no prob, I'm not setting up reservations, just wanted some idea of how many might plop in when they ask me "how many do you think you might have?"

Brian- if you need parts, don't go to Lane, go to Meijer- they have hamsters in stock... :D

I know, I don't own anything faster than yours, just hassling ya! :)

why don't we figure the 4 of us, best case the kids will be camping as they have for the last 2 weekends but if I say they are and then they don't I'll be screwed. Saturday Afternoon work's best for us anyway because Keileigh has tap and ballet on Saturday mornings.

They do run every weekend.

As I mentioned in the other thread.. the perfect night to do it (imho) would be on June 28th. Spectator drags are held that evening and you could not only show off your SHO, you could race your SHO !

Another great night.. July 26th. That is the biggest race night of the year, its called "Racing & Rocking" and after the nights races, they have a free hog roast in the pits for everyone to enjoy, have live music and they make a whole night of it. free camping.

Bring 'er along Brian! The more the merrier, man... Also, if anyone needs some parts, we will be about 5 miles from a pick 'n pull. James can confirm becasue he may have looked at it closer than me, but there is a blue Gen II there if someone needs some stuff... (Or to look around the pick 'n pull for other stuff)

Knoll Gas Motorsports Park (Martin) also has the thundernationals on Saturday night starting at 7:00, so if anyone is looking for some more fun, (funnycars, etc.) that can be had after a short 10 minute race down the highway...

Borrow a Nissan Richard- I think we're neck and neck Ford-Nissan right now... Ha ha!

SHO's are completely optional...

I'll probably bring my SHO now that the annoying noise is fixed. Are the sunroof covers that slide under the sunroof to hide it from the inside easy to take off? Mine has the fabric covering coming off of it so I would like to get a new mocha one.

This is shaping up- we might just have a decent little meet going! :thumb:

By the way- I have 3 Gen II rear spoilers in my garage (2 green, 1 white) does anyone need one of these stupid things? They're in the damn way...
