Ran across this Ford training video today and wanted to share. It helped folks like me who aren't as savvy in a/c repair understand the importance of an in-line filter as well as how to remove and reinstall a couple of parts, drain and fill compressor liquid, etc. Even better--the car worked on in the video is a Taurus.
I don't think my car currently has an in-line filter, but I see its use, where it goes, how to install, etc. I also looked up some videos on a/c line removal, o-ring replacement, etc.
Wow, this stuff isn't rocket sceience and looks fairly simple (unless you need to replace the evaporator core).
