does any body know if the glass all around on a 94 atx SHO is the same as a regular taurus all the way around.

Yes it is. As long as there the same Gen anyway.

The rear 1/4 windows on the 94-95 2nd gens are SHO specific. I think the rear glass is SHO specific also.

I think its all the same....like marcel said. Same for rubber moldings.

i found on ebay a company that sells pre cut tint and they had it for a 94 taurus but they were not sure if it would fit the SHO

The 94-95 SHO had black trim around the windows and SLOs had chrome trim. The trim is built into the molding and is not removable on the 1/4 windows and AFAIK the rear window.
