I have owned my 94 for almost 20 years. I used it as a fun daily driver for several years and had a good, (and affordable!) mechanic to help keep it running great. Times have changed. My mechanic passed away and I have no garage. I just don't have the expertise to work on it, so it needs a good home. I considered donating it but would like to know that it goes to a SHO fan. Engine runs, goes into gear, but I can't drive it any more due to brake failure. Any suggestions?

You can put it on ebay. there is a facebook group for sho owners and a marketplace page to sell. What's the nature of the brake failure?

At first rt front was not releasing. Then I think brake line burst. Can't find mechanic around here to work on a SHO that old.

Welcome! Sounds like the brake problem is very fixable, but the extent of the work needs to be assessed in terms of potentially what might lie in wait.

Besides fellow SHO owners, you could look at yelp and repairpal to see if there are potential mechanic candidates near you. I think shonutperformance.com (Josh) still ships out brake lines, but a local mechanic should be able to bend/custom fit them for you. The caliper itself is a fairly straightforward maintain/repair process. Brake fluid of course needs to be flushed if any is remaining. I assume the MC/booster/proportioning valve were good at the time of last use.

Whats the condition? If you want to sell it I would look here and facebook SHO groups, ebay, BAT (bring a trailer) if it's in good shape. Local craigslist could make it convenient
