Gen 1 Motor Mount Help

I'm in very early troubleshooting stages of an intermittent miss. How much engine movement do bad engine mounts give? Symptoms which started today were a miss when shifting, happened about 6 times in a 40 mile commute to/from work. Are these mounts available from NAPA? Pictures show appears to be wrong mount-maybe a 3.0 SLO mount. Thanks for your help.

Rear mounts are available, front mounts are not - is the DIS cracked, or the connector for it cracked? Is the ground on the back of the intake tight?

Open the hood and look through the space at the bottom when sitting in the car.
Put the car in gear, forward and reverse with the brake applied. A bad mount will let the intake rise over an inch.
