Where can I purchase on of these? Ford? Junkyard?

Easy replacement?

What is the fuse that disengages the ABS?

I just replaced the front ones during a brake upgrade. The new number is: F0DZ-2C204-AB. The wiring part is not hard. The connector is inside the engine bay by the shock tower. You will most likely have to remove the fender liner to get the old one out and the new one in properly.

I doubt that you will be able to get one from a wrecking yard, since most everyone who has tried (read this thread) , has wrecked the sensor on removal. Worth a try though. Good luck.

i bought mine from ford, although i cant remember the exact cost (i *think* it was around $50). took me 10 minutes to replace. there is no need to remove the tire (although you may find it easier). i did not have to remove the fender liner, there is a hole in the liner to allow the connector to pass through. the connectors in the engine bay were right by the cruise control module IIRC.

as said before they are easily damaged when removing them. your best bet is to get a new one since it will also go in easier. good luck!
