When I return to my car I am going to change out the motor mounts and tranny mount. Will I have any problems doing this with just a floorjack and jack stands? Is a lift needed? Does anyone have any tips/ tricks to make the job quicker and easier? Any help and knowledge is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I recently did both (see posts with photos this section) with a floor jack and jackstands. Make sure you use a 2x4 under the engine before you jack it and do not put the jack in the center of the oil pan - edges only. You will find that the passenger side tire and fenderwell splash shield must come off to service both mounts and the radiator must be drained and the lower radiator hose removed for the front mount.

Thanks a lot Scott. I was going to change my hoses also. Now I know to do it all at once. With any luck I won't run into any snags!
