I managed to locate a fan motor for my 92. Is the installation straightforward? I have decent mechanical and electrical skills so if there is nothing out of the ordinary, (besides removing old motor and replacing it) I shouldn't have a problem.

Comments and input are appreciated!

Be very careful when removing the fan blade from the shaft. They are obsolete from Ford unless you buy the whole fan assembly (the cost is prohibitive). Don't ask me how I know. wink

It is very strait forward and removing the old fan is by far the most difficult thing to do.
Be patient and it will come off.

When I install a new fan motor, should I also install a new temp sender? Where is it located and is it hard to get to/replace?
