Sweet. Gonna go yank the one out of the parts car and swap it in. Can't seem to get audio in the passenger speakers with the current one.

Yeah, what Paul said. I purchased one on eBay a while back thinking the same thing and the plugs are completely different.

Hey Liberty.. I have an extra EATC laying around that I purchased off eBay last year that I never used. It's for a 96/97... you want it?

I would have thought that if they did any re-designs on that dash football, it would have been to replace it with a conventional looking command center.
That football caused more people to scream, when they first sat down, than any other thing in history.

I never screamed.

Except for the lack of aftermarket replacement, which I was not interested in, I though the football setup was pretty good. I wish my other cars climate control set ups worked as well as it did.

I too am somewhat the fan of the dreaded football, it goes with the overall styling of the car and keep all controls neat and tidy.

That makes 3 of us. Works really well, easy to use, and fits with the styling of the rest of the car. I think the main 'screamers' were the car press people, as they did not like the amount of oval shapes on the vehicle. Of course, those people get paid to scream about things, so are mainly useful as white noise generators. :)

I'm making my own football to accomodate a single DIN housing and keep the auto climate! I have not looked too hard, but only seen one done. Don't even think it was a SHO. Pics soon...
