Hey guys, I'm having a problem and am hoping for some help. When I start my SHO, it runs for a few minutes fine and then the check engine light flashes 3 times, the revs kick up from 1000 to 1500 for about 30 seconds and then the car dies. It does it all over again if I restart it unless I goose the throttle a little and keep it going. Anyone else ever have this happen?

Flashing SES lamp should mean a missfire.

Check the codes, you can search on how to do this, and post your results.

I've had the car in several times to have the codes read and as a result have replaced the TPS, DPFE, and tranny position sensor. The last time the codes were for the EGR and for an O2 sensor. My mechanic cleaned the EGR while he had the car and I replaced the DPFE but haven't had a chance to replace the O2 sensors. I thought I'd jump on here and see If any else has had this happen. I realize after reading some of the other posts that there could literally be fifteen other things I need to check, but the fact that it kills itself has me baffled.
