Flaring Gasket........?

An area prone to exhaust leakage, the area between the manifold and the exhaust pipe; Is this gasket called the flaring gasket? Where can I purchase one and for what price?

There is no gasket between the exhaust manifolds and the Y-pipe. There is however a donut gasket between the Y-pipe and the catback. You can get that at any muffler shop.

It is a donut gasket as already said, and the two pipes are bolted together with flanges.
