Hey,
I was curious if anyone can give me any tips on removing the seat cover on a GenII seat enough to work on the lumbar area. I unzipped the bottom and can get my hand on the area where the hose connects to the bag. The hose broke off just slightly before where it enters the bag, so I think I can remove the broken piece using a pliers or something, but I need to be able to get up there first with the tools.
At least I know now why the lumbar wasn't working on that seat. Also, out of curiosity, does anyone know if the hose can be ordered separately or if anyone has a spare bag to under-seat coupler for lumbar hose from a bad seat or something?
