hello, my name is miles, i have been on here for the past two years just serching information. i finally decided to introduce myself, i am from the rochester new york area, i own a 93 sho atx with 150xxx miles that i bought 2 years ago to this month, i have since done an atx to mtx conversion on the car to replace a dying atx using parts off an 89 sho in the junkyard and rcmautomotive last year. the trans swap has since logged over 20,*** miles without any issues, i am using the atx harness and computer with a modified engine bay harness to disable the 4k rpm limit and enable the starter to engage. this year i picked up a low milage 3.2 from the junkyard i have done a full 60K including valve shimming and a 3.0 cam swap, i have also purchased and installed a zex nitrous kit from shosource, i am currently in the process of installing new rod bearings before i install the engine into the car, making the sho all ready for spring and summer, the entire car and suspension have been rebuilt using new rubber components, a 89 sho front and rear swaybar swap and full 3rd gen subframe bushing swap, along with cutting out and welding new metal in to replace rust in the floors and rockers and a full rust removal with a media blaster and sealed the underside with undercoat, it was a stripper model but i did a rke swap from a junkyard car swaping over the keypad, remote computer, and body and door harnesses. and i also have a 94-95 front hub swap with 3rd gen taurus brakes, this car is my summer care and i take very good care of her, i basically love this car, have almost every junkyard upgrade!haha

thats about it, just saying hi and thanks for all the helpfull posts.

Yeah I realized I posted two of these, I'm new to the whole form thing and couldn't figure out how to delete it, lol. So I live in upstate new york and have family in Maine so I'm always back and forth alot, I heard of nesho but they seem to just do service, just wondering if there's any clubs or meets around my area I would love to get more involved in the sho community! I also remember before I got my windows tinted there being a Sho registry sticker with a number on it, I wonder if there's any way to look my car up, I guess the previous owner took part in that club a while back, thanks for all the greetings everyone!

There's lots of owners in the north east. Look in the local forum sections at the bottom of the forum sections. NESHO is a company name but there is also a nesho regional club. You already seem more informed and skilled than most members. This is the best car community as far as people willing to lend a hand that I've been a part of. Welcome aboard and think about a national convention and/or regional meet.

Welcome to the douchebaggery! NESHO does do service, parts, upgrades, etc.

We do get together from time to time, when we're not arguing about where we're going to go, what we're going to eat, and who's getting taped to a light pole.

Hope you can make it out to some events!
