Hey guys, some good news today! A while back a made a post about my situation with my '91 SHO, basically it needs a new clutch. I was finally able to order a new one last Thursday and it arrives this Thursday or Friday. I decided on a Luk clutch because people had good things to say about them and it wasn't too pricey. Today, we hauled the SHO over to my mom's and got it torn apart. Things went pretty well, we got caught up on a couple stupid things, but other than that it wasn't too bad.

Look what we found when we got the clutch off! The guy who swapped my trans said this clutch "looked ok".

Eager to get everything back together this weekend! :dribble:

It's a shredded clutch disc. How did that happen?

We don't know for sure, I must have been too ******* it. There was some clutch disc material jammed in between the PP housing and fingers, and about 1/3 of the fingers were bent.
