Would anybody be willing to go out and pull the 2 lines off blow from the intake side and see if it leaks air over to the intake tube. Super easy to do just press your thumb into the center of the white clip and pull. I have done a pressure test and it leaks air back into the intake. Replace it and the new one is different and does the same things. Just doesn't seem right to me it should not let boost back into the intake track.

Air does travel from intake mani to the intake tube but restricted. From intake tube to the mani is much less restricted

My shop was doing an alignment on it today so I asked the mech about it. He said more than likely the heavy vacuum the brake booster holds most likely pulls the check valve harder which keeps air from leaking past.

It does have "boost leak", this is way of making break booster assist, this is how ford menages on ecoboost. Because stock turbos not used all the way to the max of its potentials its doing it job and stock boost is plenty to compensate for this boost dump, once you get it to maxing out your turbos, this thing leads to upgrading your turbos.
Now, lots of ford cars and other cars use electric pump to support break booster, I am currently experimenting with it, I have purchased the electric pump and in process of installing it and connecting it today-tomorrow, I tested it and breaks work great with it, it's matter of connecting power, and pump itself.
I am currently maxed out my turbos and if this mod helps me gaining just little more boost I will report shortly here with the post.

So I capped the port on the intake side and just blocked it off from dumping with just a plug and a cap. didn't affect the breaks at all as it has a one way check valve anyway. Helped with my stft and ltft

I did not think of that, but you will not have brake assist at boost, during the boost you have pressure and your brakes won't work correctly, did you try that?
Did you notice any increase in boost or lesses waist gate %?

Yes and it does work. did it 5 times at the track last weekend. it has a check valve so you will only really get the first full pump as the booster is under vac from before the boost.

Awesome. Can you just put a cap at the junction where that hose attaches too?

you can try... If your talking at the 3 way valve the yes and just dump the 8" of hose is a cleaner idea.
