Well I swapped out the broken original EATC for a hard button one, now my problem is I cannot control the fan speed. It just stays on the same speed the entire time. All of the other controls work and it shuts off when I turn it off, I just cannot control the fan speed. Everything hooked up the same as the original so I'm assuming I didn't screw that up, or did I miss something when plugging the new one in? I guess one thing I will do is plug the old one in and see if that one works correctly, being that I never actually used it since I've had the car. Any ideas on the source of the problem?

There could be something wrong with the EATC head or you might have the wrong head. There are many EATC heads that will hook up but few that will work properly.
