My fan will only work on high. Everything else works but I can'nt adjust the fan. I read somewhere that I have to replace the blower module that is behing the glove box. Is this an expensive part or can it be repaired ?

Yes the part is expensive. Its about $180 new at Ford. Do yourself a favor and goto a junk yard and get one from a 90-95 Taurus/Sable with EATC. I paid $30 for mine and it has been working fine. Its easy to replace. You might want to remove the cowl vents because the intake on mine was full of debris which can cause the unit to fail or clog down in the blower motor housing.. Also you will notice a "snorkel" under the cowl vent. This prevents water from entering the blower motor housing. Make sure it is properly sealed.
