how hardf is it to replace the exhaust manifold next to the firewall. my cat blew up the other day and now it it believed that the backpressure buildup broke the manifold.
i took off this plastic piece and it seems acessable if the intake is removed. the car is a 1994 atx with the 3.2.
please feel free to e mail me

I had to remove that manifold off my 89 when the Y-pipe studs broke off. Its a PITA to take off because of the lack of space for a hand, but its not impossible.

The MTX is hard... and even with the ATXs' engine farther forward, i still think its going to be a PITA...

havent been under an ATX in awhile... but from what i can remeber, the tranny is blocking alot of it...
