I am looking into aftermarket exhaust due to the fact that mine is almost rusted off and I am curious as to what opinions on what types are out there. I'm not even too sure what the hot setups are...
I would start off by looking at SHO shop. If you want a completely new exhaust, start with the y-pipe. On my car, I have a SHO shop y-pipe with cats, SHO shop flex pipe, and Borla cat-back. I personally love it, sounds great and the car has more power. If done right, a true duel is the best way to go. Here is my exhaust.
You can always go to a good muffler shop and have them fabricate you a stainless steel catback.
If you go with a muffler like the Summit turbo thats about 30 bucks for two[good feed back on these here] the fabrication of the exhaust would be about $250,i would got with 2'5" catback.
The most expensive part would be the www.Shoshop.com Y-pipe with cats,or a little cheaper and not as good the Catco y-pipe with cats from www.summitracing.com
Shop around for a good deal from mufflers shops and you might also find a good deal on y-pipe I paid $100 bucks for mine.
