EEC-IV 172 & 542 (both fuel control) = CCRM, correct?

Car has been parked for the past ~5 months because of rubber cooling system hoses needing replacing (long story). I FINALLY got it all back together & operating just today.

About 10 minutes into 2 highway trips, up pops the CEL - hence pulling the codes once I got home.

To me, this is a classic CCRM problem, but I wanted to ask the experts out here before I did anything......? They're $125 on shosource but they're NOS so it's probably worth it. But I'm going to want at least 2 as I have 3 of these cars, this chit gets expensive after a while....

If you have 3 of these cars and one has the same ccrm code as this car, you can swap them clear the codes and see if that is the issue. Cheap and easy if you have one already available.

Other things to consider, I would clean the maf sensor filament, possible O2 sensor issues, vacuum leak, leaky injector, plug not igniting fuel consistently.
