Considering it was in the 90's and fairly high humidity, I would say that is ok. Try going on a cooler day to get a MUCH better baseline of what your car can do. In normal conditions, you should be well into the 15's, more like mid to low 15s.

Can't wait until I get down there to run the 'tour.

Miltown, you got the SRT-4????

Yep, g/f convinced me into it. I LOVE it so far, minus the first tank of gas mileage was only 20.1 mpg, but then agian its only a 12 gallon tank. I hear it improves with the engine breaking in (like most cars) but I hadn't even stepped on it.

I can't believe break in is only 300 miles. Doesn't the turbo timer void your warranty? I got lucky and found an 04 brand new so I got the 7/70 powertrain. Not to mention I got it CHEAP!

the turbo timer may void the 3 year/36000 mile warranty for electronics, not powertrain
i still have the 7/70000 warranty, but it will most likely be voided very soon

Really from what I heard everywhere the 05's didn't get the 7/70...

I just drive nicely the last couple miles I drive or let it idle for a few minutes. I don't want to void the warranty on a turbo car, especially a neon. :snicker:

Best of luck with that, I payed for my warranty and I'm gonna get full use out of it. :thumb:

You paid for your warranty?........I'm going to go check my window sticker, or is it added in to the MSRP?
:snicker:

Warranty is half the reason a car is so expensive to start with, mine came with one but I also bought an additional 8/80k bumper wrap around, but I'm thinking about canceling it.

IDK well see how the first few thousands miles go

15.4 at KCMO (Drag track on 75-80 deg night and humid) With very minor mods... dynomax muffler style (since changed) and TB bypass (same as a mustang... and my Cooling fan switch to help coo the hot SHO. I have not run mine at the track in about 2 years.. I have sinced ... rework the exhaust and new rims and tires.. smaller diameter. and such... I running at the convention.. hopefull I still run as quick.. lol (who knows... could be bust.. but its fun)
