yes.. i believe the doors are the only body part that will swap between the 1st gens and the 2nd gens..

I believe that they will fit....but isn't the wiring, windows/locks, etc. different?..and a bit of a bear to swap out?
I'm shooting from the hip on that one, but I thought thats what I found out somewhere along the line.
Anyone else out there have any info?

the wireing is the same i got a window moter from a gen1 taurus

somebody on here (avc????) swapped doors from a gen 1 to a gen two. I beileve that he had to do some minor mods to it. Because of this I would assume that gen 2 doors would fit on a gen 1.
