Where is it peeling? You might be able to soak it in hot water for a few to make it a little pliable and try to gently clamp it in place temporarily to get it back to it's original form I've never tried this, but would give it a shot if needed to

There are flimsy cap nuts at the bottom of the door that need to be removed. Run your hand on the bottom edge-inside of the door and you will feel them. Iirc, you can see one of them at the rear lower corner of the door. After you remove all of them, gently pull out just enough for the screws attached to the skirt panel to clear the door and then slide the skirt panel straight up along the door skin.Shouldnt have to slide more than an inch and may take a bump from the palm of your hand. They're easy to remove and install. Shouldnt take more'n 10 minutes. Once you have the old ones off, there will be clips that push into slots on the door(these hold the top of the trim panel to the door). Make sure these are all seated firmly in their respective slots otherwise the top of the trim panel wont rest against the door like it should.
