Diagnostic Codes and airbag question

The first question I have is when I drive and step on the gas kinda quick to get up to speed my check engine light comes on after a few seconds, stays on for a few minutes and goes out. The codes it brings up is a 176 and a 212. This is the KOEO test.
176-HEGO shows system always lean Front Left
212-Loss of IDM input to ECA or spout circuit grounded

My question is what the heck is the second one saying? Also my airbag isn't working right. When you turn the key to on the SRS light doesn't come on for a second and also I hear it beeping at me five times. On the sunvisor it says that this means the airbag needs help. My next question is, is there any way I can run a diagnostic test on this too? If so how do I do it? Thanks for any help.

Isn't there a dash light specifically for the airbag system? I know when I triggered one of the front crash sensors the airbag light on the dash blinked to indicate a problem. If you are getting repeated blink patterns I think the shotimes faq has a link to troubleshoot the cause.

The beeping is a backup indicator to let you know the SRS is malfuctioning when the light doesn't work for some reason..
