Dealership is stupid need help on part numbers

I called the dealership regarding sub-frame bushings on Monday and they said they had everything that I needed except one bushing so they would get it in on Tuesday.

Well today is Weds and they did not get it nor did they even know what parts were needed to replace the sub-frame bushings....aggghh (When I asked the guy what parts they would replace he tells me "I just work behind the counter and have no idea.")

So here I am 2 days before my appointment out of town and I do not know what I need. Could some one please provide me the factory part numbers and quatity of items that I need for a 1995 ATX? Also if you have the part numbers and quatities for the Gen 3 mounts that I can use please let me know those as well.

I want the mounts and recall kit.

Also if anyone wants some brand new AL SFB please let me know as I have some that I am not going to use.

Why are you not using the AL SFBs? There are no substitues, IMHO.

Everything that I have heard says they will be pretty rough. THis is my daily driver and I need it to still ride right.
