Well, I dunno how many of u remember this but, a couple months back I had to take out my PRO-M 80mm MAF and Ted B. LPM cause my car suddenly started to run like absolute CRAP (avg 14mpg and I lost to a bone stock 95MTX from a roll in my modded 92). So anyway, since then I've replaced an 02 sensor, Coolant Temp Sensor, Barometric Pressure Sensor, and sent the MAF Back to PRO-M to have them check it out. They sent the MAF back without telling me what they did, so I just assumed all was well and threw it back on the car. It seemed to run fine for about 10 miles, but after shutting it off for a few hours and then driving it again, it started to buck really bad at part throttle. Now, its always done that to an extent, like when Id be at low RPM's at very light throttle, if I let off the car would buck like crazy and then the CEL would come on. But I dealt with it cause the car was faster. But anyway, I took it off again and put the stock MAF back on. Since then is when I replaced the ECT and BAP, so I decided to give the MAF and LPM one more try before I go insane and destroy them in a fit of rage :D I put them back on, car runs like gangbusters now. EXCEPT, its doing the part-throttle low RPM bucking thing agin pretty bad. And also, when I was coming down from 60mph earlier today, I put the clutch in and the car died. I dont know what to do, this MAF definitely makes the car faster, but driveability is shot! Everytime I call PRO-M, they tell me the same thing "clean the maf element." I did that, but let me tell you its not easy to get those stupid tamper proof bolts off to get that done. And the MAF element wasnt even dirty when I took it out. Let me also say that my car gets, on average, about 17mpg city and about 24mpg highway, which people tell me is bad. So what now?

Your gas mileage isnt bad if you open her up once in a while. If your having so many problems, i would just put the stocker back on and see what happens.

Well like I said, I've been driving with the stock one for the past few months. I hate it cause its noticeably slower and you cant hear the secondaries for crap lol. Man, I miss my Ford 80maf, I never shoulda sold that.

Also, its worth mentioning that his fuel pressure is not spot on. He is running about 35-36 psi at idle, and 40 with zero vacuum. So at lower RPMs or high vacuum situations, it is probably running rich, especially while cold. This may also have something to do with the bucking at part throttle, low rpms.

You really don't think the 190lph fuel pump has anything to do with that?

Double check to make sure there are no air leaks on the intake side after you install the aftermarket MAF.
I have to say that I removed my 80mmMAF and LPM for exactly the same reason; bucking at part throttle and poor drivability. The stock setup is smoother and quieter and no problems whatsoever.

Any chance your LPM is still programmed for a Ford 80mm MAF?

Have you tried the Pro-M MAF without the LPM?

No my LPM is definitely programmed for the PRO-M. Also, yeah I've tried the PRO-M without the LPM and it still bucks like crazy and has irratic idle and whatnot. shrug
