Cracking-Streching Clutch Cable... does this means i need a new cable or lubrication of it? I have a Race clutch and pedal is pretty stiff. Does this attribute to the suound/feel?

My bet is on the throwout bearing and pressure plate that are in need of replacement. Sorry.

The new racing clutch was installed last year, and that obviously included the preassure plate. But all it is its the feel for the clutch pedal. Any other possibilities?
