I've knoticed that atx's have the coolant res. in a different location than in a mtx, i have a 93 mtx and my res. is broken, id like to replace it with an atx res. that sits near the power steering, anyone see a problem with this, anyone ever done this . ?

it has been done many times...but from what I remember, you also have to use the ATX battery tray...but I could be wrong on that one.

You will need the ATX battery tray to accomplish this swap.

I'm doing this in order to accomodate the addition of a 2 row radiator in my SHO.

I am currently running the double row radiator without the reservoir on my 3.0. Waiting for 3.2 reservoir, power steering reservoir bracket, and batery tray.

The power steering reservoir is the same just different angle to make accomodation for the coolant reservoir, same thing with the batery tray, different angle for the extra room.
