Coolant overflow bottle

My buddy just picked up a '90 sho and the coolant overflow bottle was cracked. He of course found out after he got the car home and after giving him $1300 for it so he was ****** and instead of fixing it he threw it down and stepped on it, shattering it. Well we figured we could just find another taurus and take the bottle, well we found a 3.0 liter tauri and the bottle placement and size is totally different. We have a universal one in there now and it looks like crap so I was wondering what overflow bottles are the same as the sho's? I have seen the '86 to '93 mustang's bottle and it looks similar, any other ideas? Not to many junkyard sho's around here. Thanks for any help.

Sounds he needs to deal with his anger a little better, other wise he will have one beat up SHO. The MTX SHO overflow bottle is unique to the SHO. You will easily get a used one from one of the SHO parts houses here on the forum, or your friendly Ford....

we went to a ford dealer and they told it was discontinued and they can't get it, so I guess we will have to keep looking for parts car. Thanks

Its a SHO MTX specific part, definately post in the Wanted to buy section.
I have one from converting to the ATX system, but I save all my old parts.
